Job summary

Dynamic Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Records Specialist to schedule maintenance across multiple aircraft types and support remote bases and corporate maintenance offices. You will develop ERP-based work packages, maintain logbooks, and coordinate with program managers to ensure compliance and readiness.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office, including Excel.

Qualifications

• Must have high school education or equivalent.
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance program scheduling with program managers, planning, customers and departments to ensure on-time input/return from heavy maintenance.
• Develops and schedules inspection and work packages in the ERP system for major, intermediate and scheduled inspections.
• Ensures logbook entries are accurate and presented to quality control.
• Develops short- and long-range maintenance plans and forecasts to meet all maintenance and inspection requirements.
• Maintains and reviews aircraft records and ensures CFR 43.9 and AS9100D requirements are met.
