Job summary

You will ensure customers’ expectations are clearly communicated after induction and participate in the contract review process with Customer Service Advocates when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of receiving experience.
• Basic writing and communication skills.
• Able to read and comprehend technical data and purchase orders.

Responsibilities
