Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of receiving experience required.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong writing and communication skills.
• Able to read and comprehend technical data and customer purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform Contract Review after induction to ensure clear customer expectations.
• Interact with Customer Service Advocates to clarify expectations as needed.
• Conduct preliminary detail inspection of components to identify loose, extra, missing or damaged parts.
• Receive and sign for freight from delivery services.
• Sort freight to appropriate areas and verify contents against paperwork.
• Complete documentation for components received with insufficient information.
• Capture 360° receiving photographs in a photo booth.
• Distribute components to appropriate locations after induction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
