Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in professional financial analysis and/or fiscal management using automated information systems.
• Experience analyzing revenues, expenditures and financial statements in an aviation/government environment.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide the technical requirements for multi-year expenditures and revenue forecasts.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze operating and capital budgets; prepare revenue and expenditures forecasts.
• Monitor passenger facility charges and file quarterly reports to the Federal Aviation Administration.
• Analyze Federal and State regulations, legislation and/or court cases relevant to the department.
• Establish, calculate, and forecast rates and charges for airlines, including annual rate studies and reconciliations.
• Coordinate grant billing, revenue reconciliation, and collections of delinquent accounts.
