Job summary

City of Albuquerque Aviation Department seeks a senior financial analyst to coordinate and provide advanced fiscal support. You will develop, implement, and administer aviation rates, revenues, grants, and financial programs; monitor activity, analyze revenues and expenditures, coordinate grant billing and funding compliance, and support accounts receivable and collections.

Prepare statements, reconciliations, and management reports to guide capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Five years of experience in professional financial analysis and/or fiscal management using automated information systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and analyze operating and capital budgets; prepare revenue and expenditures forecasts.
