Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is hiring Ramp Agents in a fast-paced, team-oriented aviation environment. The role involves loading and unloading baggage, guiding aircraft, and supporting ground operations to ensure on-time, safe airport service.

Candidates must be 18+, eligible to work in the United States, and able to obtain required credentials (FAA/TSA). Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays with physical duties such as lifting up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access and interpret information on devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile).
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients in person and electronically.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs where applicable).
• Airlines are 24/7, so be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft with accuracy.
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts).
• Read and analyze load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels.
• Marshalling aircraft to and from gates and ensure safe ground movement.
• Follow safety protocols and airline regulations.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
