Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is hiring Ramp Agents to load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail, and to guide aircraft to gates while ensuring safety standards are followed on the airport ramp.

Responsibilities include operating ground support equipment, marshalling aircraft, reading load sheets, and maintaining efficient, team-based ground operations in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Read and interpret aircraft load sheets, baggage tags, and cargo labels.
• Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail onto aircraft with accuracy.
• Operate ground service equipment (pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, baggage carts).
• Read load sheets and baggage/cargo labels to ensure correct handling.
• Marshalling aircraft to and from gates.
• Ensure safe movement of aircraft on the ground and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Inspect equipment and report issues.
• Adapt to changing flight schedules and priorities.
