MHI RJ Aviation Group in Haltom City, TX is seeking a Warehouse Quality Inspector to inspect incoming materials, certify parts, and ensure regulatory compliance across FAA, TCCA and EASA requirements. This role emphasizes documentation, process adherence, and collaboration with Methods, Engineering, and MRB as part of a critical quality team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in aerospace inspection shipping/receiving.
• 2–5 years’ experience in aerospace quality inspection.
• 1+ year experience with FAA 8130/TCCA Form One/EASA Form 1 and related docs.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents.
• Able to use measuring equipment (depth gauge, micrometers, calipers, bore gauge).
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook).
• Teamwork across departments; shift/weekend work possible.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming raw materials, detail parts, kits, components for visual damage.
• Certify materials under regulatory authority (TCCA).
• Perform dimensional inspection using mechanical tools.
• Ensure compliance with PO, methods documents, engineering specs.
• Document discrepancies and coordinate MRB resolutions.
• Inspect outgoing parts per export and regulatory requirements (FAA/TCCA/EASA).
• Issue ARC documents under regulatory authority and quality policy.
• Maintain accurate inspection records in ERP systems and filing systems.
