Job summary

Jet Excellence, LLC seeks a Quality & Compliance Analyst to oversee safety, airworthiness, and regulatory compliance of the aircraft maintenance program. You will act as SME and superuser for the electronic recordkeeping system, manage tools and vendors, and ensure adherence to FAA regulations and approved manuals.

The role supports the Director of Maintenance and Quality with audits, data reporting, and process improvements. Travel ~15% required.

Qualifications

• Experience with audit, risk assessment, and corrective actions.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP system configuration and user access.
• Provide training on electronic recordkeeping system usage.
• Oversee tool and calibrated tool programs; inventory control.
• Oversee AVL and vendor programs; ensure compliance.
• Develop and report fleet metrics and reliability data.
• Assist QA in audits and documentation reviews.
• Travel up to 15% of the time.
