Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a QC Inspector to ensure inspections comply with the General Maintenance Manual and FARs. The role reports to the Chief Inspector and involves reviewing paperwork, RII inspections, and overseeing aircraft handling and safety procedures in a high-demand environment.

Ideal candidates hold an FAA A&P license, possess extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, and can read and interpret complex manuals. Strong communication, leadership, and familiarity with CFRs are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and interactions
• Strong reading comprehension of manuals and instructions
• Detail-oriented with mechanical inclination
• Excellent workmanship and safety awareness
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure and in dynamic environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with 14 CFR regulations (Title 14)
• Scissor Lift and Forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure all inspections are completed in accordance with company manuals and FARs
• Perform receiving inspections of components, tooling, and hardware
• Review maintenance paperwork for compliance with policies and FARs
• Conduct RII inspections per procedures and program requirements
• Oversee aircraft handling to ensure safety and prevent damage
• Perform weight and balance analyses per manuals
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
