Job summary

Executive Jet Management, a NetJets subsidiary, seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to track and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. You will liaise with pilots, ensure FAA compliance, and support airworthiness through documentation and data systems.

Requirements include 2–4 years in aircraft maintenance, knowledge of Maintenix, and strong communication. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, timely task activation, and collaboration across departments to keep aircraft in service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient in Maintenix data entry and tasks activation/cancellation.
• Ability to coordinate with pilots and maintenance teams.
• Ability to prepare monthly reports and track due items.
• Strong documentation and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance on EJM aircraft complies with FAA regulations and manufacturer procedures; verify documentation is complete.
• Verify personnel performing maintenance are qualified and properly trained; input data in Maintenix and release aircraft.
• Monitor maintenance progress, coordinate with suppliers, and communicate status to internal departments and owners.
• Assist Chief Inspector in training maintenance providers and pilots on MEL, CAMP, and related manuals; support AD/SB research.
• Ensure aircraft are released only after all documentation is reviewed and approved; manage weight and balance documentation.
