Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking a QC Inspector to report to the Chief Inspector and perform inspections per the General Maintenance Manual. The role includes receiving inspections of components, tools, and hardware, evaluating AMT work, and conducting RII inspections to ensure compliance with FARs.

The candidate should have 6+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance, thorough knowledge of aircraft systems, and strong documentation and communication skills. FAA licensing and U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• FAA (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
• Requires 6+ years of hands-on Aircraft Maintenance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and FAA regulations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide two forms of ID.
• Background check and FAA guidelines pre-employment testing.
• Safety-sensitive role subject to drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all inspections are completed per policies and procedures.
• Perform receiving inspections on components, tooling, and hardware per manuals and FARs.
• Inspect work by AMTs, sheet metal AMTs, and avionics techs; rework deficiencies when needed.
• Conduct RII inspections per procedures and maintenance program.
• Review paperwork: forms, tags, job cards, log pages, tally sheets for FAR compliance.
• Oversee aircraft handling to ensure safety and prevent damage.
• Perform weight and balance analysis using manuals and scales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
