Job summary

R.M. Chin & Associates, Inc. (CHIN) is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with experience in planning, design, and implementation of airline and aviation facilities.

This fully onsite role is based around DFW Airport, Dallas, TX and offers a competitive base salary with benefits. Responsibilities include understanding project scope, planning, design and construction, cost control, quality functions, and closeout, with strong stakeholder coordination and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years leading and developing multi-million-dollar aviation capital development programs.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong problem solving and change management skills.
• Willingness to acquire new responsibilities and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the overall project scope and manage the assigned project or group of projects.
• Plan, design, implementation, cost control, quality functions, and project closeout.
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain strong communication.
