Job summary

Premier Interior Development, Inc. is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex aviation projects at DFW Airport, including concessions, restaurants, retail, and premium lounges.

The role focuses on delivering high-profile spaces inside live terminals while coordinating with airport stakeholders and teams. You will manage preconstruction through closeout, maintain schedules and budgets, and drive client relations, procurement, and value engineering to support Premier’s

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years experience as a Project Manager for a Commercial General Contractor.
• Proven experience delivering airport concessions, restaurants, retail, and lounge projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in active airport environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple airport concession, restaurant, retail, and premium lounge projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate daily with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, airport authorities, and tenants.
• Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
