Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Project Manager in Berkeley, Missouri to transform complex requirements into executable plans. You will coordinate across engineering, facilities, and funding managers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 2+ years of PM experience, a strong ability to manage multi-stakeholder initiatives, and excellent communication. This is a full-time, 10-month contract with first-shift hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience supporting technical and/or facility projects.
• Ability to manage execution of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Interpret, manage, and synthesize complex technical information.
• Excellent time management and independent work discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, integrate, and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Validate technical requirements are ready for execution.
• Coordinate clarification with technical stakeholders to resolve ambiguities.
• Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, and dashboards.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and report project status and risks.
• Maintain traceability between requirements and deliverables.
• Drive accountability for milestones and action items.
