Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking a Project Manager in Statesville, NC to oversee aviation MRO projects. The role requires coordinating with customers and internal teams, managing schedules and work orders, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery while adhering to FAA requirements.

You will interact with multiple departments, plan aircraft work flow, and act as the central point of contact for customers. A background in business aviation maintenance and strong communication skills are essential

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within a maintenance/repair organization or similar environment.
• Strong coordination with multiple departments and customers.
• Experience handling FAA paperwork and work orders is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Support work order processing, squawk approval, and billing coordination.
• Communicate effectively with customers and West Star personnel in English.
• Plan and manage project schedules, workflows, and resources across hangar and office environments.
