Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking a Gulfstream Project Manager -1651 for a full-time, on-site role in East Alton, IL.

The candidate will manage aviation MRO projects, coordinate with customers on squawk approvals, deposits and closing work orders, and oversee multiple projects with minimal supervision. The role requires knowledge of aviation maintenance, avionics, and modifications, plus strong multi-project coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business aviation maintenance, avionics and modifications.
• Experience interfacing with department managers and customers.
• Experience with work order processing, deposits, and closing WOs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication in English and FAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aircraft work flow and schedules across projects.
• Serve as central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
• Assist sales/contracts as needed for assigned aircraft.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and FAA paperwork.
• Travel may be required.
