Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. in East Alton, IL is seeking a Falcon Project Manager to oversee complex business aviation maintenance projects. This full-time, on-site role requires strong project management, customer coordination, and FAA familiarity to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality work.

You will lead crossfunctional teams, manage work orders, negotiate with customers, and interface with department managers. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Airframe and Powerplant License beneficial.
• Aviation-specific training beneficial.
• College education or degree beneficial.
• Management, leadership, and customer service training beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects and manage project timelines.
• Serve as central point of contact for customers and West Star personnel.
• Assist with work orders processing, squawk approvals, deposit processing, and closing WOs.
• Work independently and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with FAA guidelines and safety rules.
