Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Project Manager- Aviation to provide direction on moderately complex aviation construction projects nationwide, with 75% travel.

You will lead the project team, manage safety, preconstruction, submittals, change orders, and budgets, while reporting on progress and profitability. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of construction management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes and safety.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentoring.
• Supports preconstruction including bid package development and schedule development.
• Manages submittal schedule and shop drawings.
• Develops and updates project schedules and Lean principles.
• Provides written documentation for budget, schedule, and quality decisions.
• Leads monthly project reviews and owner/architect meetings.
