Kimley-Horn in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and expand our Aviation practice. You will guide the team, oversee airside and landside projects, and manage client relationships across planning, design, and construction phases.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, business development, and mentorship, with autonomy to grow the practice and potential for ownership based on performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing airport design and construction projects.
• Excellent communication with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand an Aviation team and practice while building and managing relationships with key clients.
• Review design documents and drawings for airside and landside Aviation projects including grading, drainage, pavement design, specs, and construction safety plans.
• Prepare analysis reports in support of airport planning, design, and construction.
• Lead with integrity, provide vision, business planning and strategy, establish goals, and build positive client relationships.
• Manage projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, mentor the team, and pursue ownership opportunities.
