Kimley-Horn is looking for a motivated Practice Builder to expand their Aviation practice in Orange, California. The role involves leading an Aviation team, managing client relationships, and overseeing airport design and construction projects. A successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience, a P.E. license, and strong AutoCAD Civil3D skills. Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $150,000 - $260,000 plus performance-based bonuses and exceptional benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing airport design and construction projects.
• Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand an Aviation team while managing relationships with key clients.
• Review design documents for airside and landside Aviation projects.
• Prepare analysis reports in support of airport planning and construction.
