Job summary

EXP Services Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Aviation based in Denver, CO. You will lead design, production and coordination of nationwide projects within the Aviation, Transit and Commercial Buildings team.

The role requires a degree in Architecture or Engineering with a PE/Architect license and at least 10 years of experience; strong communication, presentation and client management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Architectural License or Professional Engineer License required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience across Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government and Higher Education sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, production and coordination of projects nationwide.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and EXP project teams, including subconsultants.
• Negotiate fees, schedules and contract terms that align with client needs and EXP goals.
• Oversee project performance, ensuring financial and schedule targets are met or exceeded.
• Participate in business development through market research, client meetings and marketing proposals.
