Job summary

EXP Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Architect for the Aviation sector, based in Dallas, TX. You will lead the design, production, and coordination of diverse projects nationwide, while serving as the main liaison between clients and EXP teams.

The role requires a licensed Architect or PE, 10+ years of experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to drive fees, schedules and contracts that protect EXP interests. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited University.
• Architectural License or Professional Engineer License.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with the tasks identified above.
• Experience in Aviation, Rail + Transit, Federal Government, and Higher Education sectors.
• Thorough working understanding of Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit capabilities.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, production and coordination of projects nationwide.
• Act as PM and primary liaison between clients and EXP project teams.
• Negotiate fees, schedule, and contract terms acceptable to the client and beneficial to EXP.
• Support business development through market research, client meetings, and proposal involvement.
