Job summary

EXP Services Inc., based in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Project Manager to lead design, production and coordination of aviation, transit and commercial projects nationwide. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and EXP project teams, including subconsultants, and drive project success from scope to schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Engineering with 10+ years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited university.
10+ years of relevant project management experience in design/construction.
Strong communication, presentation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Manage design, production and coordination of projects nationwide.
Serve as liaison between clients, EXP project teams and subconsultants.
Negotiate fees, schedule and contract terms with clients.
Ensure project performance within financial and schedule parameters.
Support business development through client meetings and proposals.
