Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Aviation Project Engineer to join our Aviation Group. This hybrid role focuses on airfield improvement projects in Phoenix, Mesa, or Flagstaff, requiring a PE license and 5+ years of airport consulting/engineering experience.

You will mentor EITs, coordinate with subconsultants, and present design concepts to Project Managers while traveling as needed. Proficiency with FAA advisory circulars and AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential; relocation and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
5+ years in airport consulting/engineering.
Professional Engineer license in Arizona preferred but not required.
Knowledge of FAA advisory circulars and grant processes.

Responsibilities

Act as designer/project engineer for airfield capital improvement projects with EITs and PE's.
Mentor EITs in grading, pavement, marking design and related airport components.
Coordinate with internal staff and subconsultants throughout the project life cycle.
Present design concepts, alternatives, and solutions to the Project Manager.
Participate in construction inspection and oversight as needed.
