Job summary

Shrewsberry & Associates LLC seeks an entry-level Project Engineer – Aviation Engineering to oversee airport design projects. You will develop plans, quantities, specifications, and reviews for aviation projects,/read design standards, and simulate taxiways, runways, and aprons using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities include delivering design work on time, growing aviation engineering knowledge, and supporting professional engineers in aviation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 6-9 years of experience in Aviation engineering; Engineer-in-Training preferred.
• Familiar with AutoCAD commands and design features; FAA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design aviation construction projects compliant with local, state, and FAA regulations.
• Develop designs and reviews for taxiways, runways, and aprons.
• Assist Project Manager with oversight and management of design solutions.
