Ascent Aviation Services is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to keep projects on track by managing data, updating customers, and maintaining project documentation with precision. You will collaborate with Project Managers and team leads to monitor progress and ensure timelines are met, while supporting both routine operations and critical customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of data entry experience preferred.
• Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record for past 3 years required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accurate keyboard skills requested.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
• Check source documents for accuracy.
• Verify data and correct as needed.
• Scan documents into management systems and databases.
• Respond to information requests and access relevant files.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Maintain office equipment and stationary supplies.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and information remains confidential.
