Qualifications

• 5+ years of project support experience in engineering/technical environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working with technical documentation, plans, or specifications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized project files and client documentation per company standards.
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Navigate TxDOT Aviation data/management systems.
• Provide proposal support and review technical documents for accuracy.
• Support quality control by tracking revisions and compiling redlines.
• Enter data and manage project information in MS Word, Excel, and related systems.
• Prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting summaries for internal and client use.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows and procedures.
