Key duties include organizing documents, verifying data integrity, and coordinating between teams to support the 777 program and new hangars. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office, accurate keyboard skills, and data entry.
• Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and clerical procedures.
• Ability to organize and plan work to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English, and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Ability to work with and without supervision.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
• Check source documents for accuracy.
• Verify data and correct data where necessary.
• Scan documents into management systems and databases.
• Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Maintain office equipment and stationery supplies.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and manage tasks to protect employees.
