Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (aviation, construction, business, engineering).
• GPA 3.0 or higher and an interest in aviation management or airport operations.
• Previous internship experience in project controls, management, or related field is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dashboard tools; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist budgeting and forecasting activities for aviation/infrastructure projects.
• Support cost management, change control, and earned value reporting.
• Help schedule development and tracking; contribute to risk management and reporting.
• Prepare documentation and presentations for management levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program operations.
