• Build and drive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring predictable and exceptional outcomes.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams — engineers, architects, planners, and contractors — to keep progress aligned and moving.
• Champion compliance with FAA regulations, safety requirements, and environmental standards.
• Identify risks early and lead the development of smart, actionable mitigation plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, keeping communication transparent and relationships strong.
