Job summary

STV is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager - Aviation to join our national aviation group. These positions will support major aviation capital improvement programs onsite in Denver, CO and in Phoenix, AZ.

The Project Manager's objective is to build and maintain a positive client relationship and to achieve or exceed the estimated profit margin for projects. The role requires leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, strong communication, and proven experience managing complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar designation.
• Minimum 7 years of construction and/or project management experience.
• Proven experience operating in a project management or leadership capacity.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in field environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of current technologies and tools used in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Organizes cross-functional activities for coordination of project deliverables, schedule and budget.
• Manages development of proposals, initiation, execution/control and closeout for planning, EIS, design/construction, budgets and invoicing.
• Leads marketing, proposal preparation and presentations for project selection.
• Plans complete project execution and develops the project manual.
• Schedules and monitors manpower against budget and project scope, cost, quality, and risk.
