Job summary

STV Construction Incorporated is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager - Aviation to lead major aviation capital improvement programs on-site in Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ. The role emphasizes building positive client relationships and delivering projects with strong profit margins.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, proposing and managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and permits, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and STV

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar designation.
• Minimum 7 years of construction and/or project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in field environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes cross-functional activities for coordination of project deliverables, schedule and budget.
• Develops proposals, initiation, execution/control and closeout for planning and construction.
• Plans the complete project execution and develops the project manual.
• Monitors manpower, budget/spending, scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications and risk.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
