STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Aviation to lead major airport capital improvement programs, onsite in Denver and Phoenix. You will drive schedule certainty, budget delivery, and quality, while enforcing safety and environmental standards across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of airport project leadership, advanced degrees, and relevant certifications. This onsite role requires strong communication, risk management, and cross-team coordination to deliver complex

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in airport projects or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Licensure/certifications such as AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk management and mitigation of the Tenant-Focused program.
• Monitor schedule progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate interface meetings and ensure integration across projects.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental culture on the program.
• Review design plans for constructability and logistics; lead teams.
