Zusammenfassung

STV is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager - Aviation to join our national aviation group, supporting major capital programs onsite in Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while achieving the project profit margin.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, developing proposals, and ensuring compliance, scheduling, and budgeting across airports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management or similar designation.
• Minimum 7 years of construction and/or project management experience.
• Proven experience operating in a project management or leadership capacity.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in field environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of current technologies and tools used in project delivery.
• This position is contingent upon client approval.

Aufgaben

• Organizes cross-functional activities for project deliverables, schedule and budget.
• Directs development of proposals, initiation, execution/control and closeout; manages budgets and invoicing.
• Leads marketing, proposal preparation and presentations for project selection.
• Plans the complete project execution and develops the project manual.
• Monitors manpower vs budget; manages scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, procurement, and risk.
• Establishes contractor-client liaison network for progress updates.
• Monitors project from initiation through delivery; develops manpower.
• Forms a project work team for task assignment and execution.
• Submits documents to authorities for code compliance and permits.
