Job summary

Quvia is seeking an Aviation Program Manager based in Florida to lead large, complex B2B programs with premier airlines. You will be the primary communication driver between Quvia and client stakeholders, ensuring services and projects are delivered on time and on budget while managing multiple airline clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in aviation and in a software development setting, and must travel quarterly to customer sites while supporting a dynamic, regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience, with 5+ years in customer management via PM methods.
• Experience with PM tools: JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com.
• Experience with Enterprise IT, Networking, and Software deployments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of deliverables for clients across multiple regions/timezones.
• Drive cloud and B2B software services for airline clients.
• Coordinate internal resources with design and service delivery teams.
• Document progress and financial performance of client programs.
• Identify and address customer service deficiencies; liaise with sales on solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and management for growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary communication driver between client and stakeholders.
• Develop resource planning tools for program management.
• Implement PM processes, dashboards, policies, metrics.
• Lead timely resolution of issues, decisions, escalations, and risks.
• Ensure adherence to contract and client agreements.
• Attend our South Florida office periodically for meetings.
