Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking a Gulfstream Project Manager to oversee aviation maintenance projects in East Alton, IL. The role requires coordinating work orders, squawk approvals, and deposits while managing multiple projects with a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Airframe and Powerplant license beneficial.
• Aviation-specific training beneficial.
• College education beneficial.
• Management, leadership, and customer service training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with work order processing and billing.
• Coordinate with customers on squawk approvals.
• Process deposits and close work orders.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with the Senior Project Manager.
• Provide customer support and liaison with department managers.
• Communicate effectively in English with customers and staff.
