Job summary

Propulsion Technologies International, LLC, a joint venture with GE Aviation & Safran Aircraft Engines, is seeking a Production Team Specialist for our Miramar, FL facility. You will manage the production line, coach team members, and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes to meet plant goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating safety and quality incidents, supporting maintenance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives using lean and kaizen tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of aviation experience.
• Eligible for Repairman Certificate and/or A&P License per 14 CFR 145.153.
• Ability to read/write reports and communicate in English.
• Ability to work 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support production line to meet safety, quality, delivery, customer, and cost goals.
• Coach and develop line employees to improve performance.
• Lead safety and quality incident handling; coordinate RCCAs.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement using lean/kaizen.
• Ensure daily output requirements and production targets are understood and achieved.
