Job summary

Propulsion Technologies International, LLC (PTI) is seeking a Production Team Specialist for the 2nd shift in Miramar, FL. You will manage the production line, coach team members, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while controlling costs.

You will drive continuous improvement with lean/kaizen methods, handle training and documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet daily production goals and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of aviation experience.
• Eligible for Repairman Certificate and/or A&P License per 14 CFR 145.153.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in English and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the production line to meet safety, quality, delivery, customer, and cost objectives.
• Coach, develop, and empower line employees to reach plant and individual goals.
• Lead safety and environmental compliance and coordinate RCCAs for safety/quality incidents.
• Execute Management of Change process and coordinate quality support.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and drive continuous improvement using lean/kaizen tools.
• Oversee manpower, timecard and voucher management; plan on‑the‑job training.
