Propulsion Technologies International, LLC (PTI) is seeking a Production Team Specialist to lead and support the production line in Miramar, FL. The role emphasizes safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while coaching employees toward peak performance.

The ideal candidate has aviation experience, an ability to read and write reports, and a track record of teamwork in manufacturing. A Repairman Certificate or A&P license eligibility is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years aviation experience.
• Ability to read, write, understand English.
• Proven ability to read/write reports and procedures.
• Demonstrated teamwork in a manufacturing setting.
• Qualified or eligible for Repairman Certificate and/or A&P License per 14 CFR 145.153.

Aufgaben

• Manage and support production line to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
• Coach and develop line workers to improve performance.
• Lead and coordinate safety and quality incident reviews (RCCA).
• Ensure daily output and delivery requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean/kaizen tools.
• Oversee manpower, timecards and production throughputs.
• Maintain compliance with EHS framework and environmental standards.
