Job summary

AerSale, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Production Control Clerk to maintain and audit aircraft documentation, ensuring accurate accountability and compliance with FAA requirements and customer standards.

You will prepare complete documentation packages for each program and support production control activities across shifts. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of aircraft documentation and able to input data accurately.
• Ability to type 30 words per minute error free.
• Read, write and understand English; work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Audits and preps new packages prior to aircraft arrival for accurate accountability.
• Sets up and maintains work card racks in production control booth.
• Maintains an efficient and organized production control booth.
• Produces complete documentation package for each customer’s program.
• Ensures all operations are audited for completeness and accurate tallies.
• Updates status and enters corrective action for completed operations.
