Job summary

Garmin is seeking a full-time Product Manager - Aviation at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area or in the Chandler, AZ office.

You will drive the definition, development and deployment of new products by championing the voice of the customer within a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with Engineering, preparing product documents, and supporting marketing and sales with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support definition, development and deployment of new products by voicing customer needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering to understand scope and tradeoffs.
• Prepare product documents such as roadmaps and requirements.
• Coordinate market research and track end-user feedback.
• Evangelize product vision with Sales, Marketing and Communications.
• Assist product marketing with development of marketing plans.
• Provide product knowledge to Sales and field teams.
