Job summary

Garmin is seeking a full-time Aftermarket Aviation Associate Sales Manager 1 at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. You will support VPs, Directors, and Sales Managers to increase revenues through Garmin aviation products and services.

Expect travel to major trade shows and regional events, plus collaboration with customers and partners. The role requires presenting to groups, managing forecasts, and facilitating marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4 years of equivalent field relevant experience.
• Private Pilot’s License, aviation background, or ability to sell Garmin aviation products.
• Strong teamwork, detail orientation, and customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to present to large groups and work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more.

Responsibilities

• Build/present product presentations demonstrating Garmin knowledge for customers.
• Coordinate and lead major trade shows, and assist regional shows.
• Foster internal/external relationships to maximize partnerships and revenue.
• Support marketing memos, presentations, and trade-show/event planning.
• Assist in marketing, advertising, and dealer incentive programs.
• Maintain accurate monthly/quarterly/annual aftermarket forecasts and reports.
• Develop and manage webinars, and respond to Aviation Sales emails timely.
