Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
• Minimum of 3 years in pre-sales systems engineering, systems engineering, solutions architecture, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong foundation across IT hardware, software, networking, and integrated technology systems.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical system designs and solutions.
• Excellent presentation and technical writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer challenges, requirements, and project objectives.
• Design technical solutions and architectures based on capabilities.
• Develop cost estimates and document feasible, cost-conscious designs.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and PM teams.
• Create technical content for proposals, RFQ responses, and white papers.
• Support RFP responses and tender documentation throughout the sales cycle.
