Woolpert, Inc. is hiring an Aviation Planning Project Manager to join our National Aviation team. The role focuses on master plans, airport layout plans, and site development, with emphasis on emerging technologies and AAM policy.

You will manage client relationships and lead profitable growth through collaborative project execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of related experience or a relevant degree, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel to client sites and Woolpert

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of experience.
• Aviation Subject Matter Expertise in Airport Layout Plans, Master Plans, or site development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel to clients, conferences and Woolpert offices.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on innovative technology and content to inform decision making and migration strategies.
• Guide airport planning and design activities on master plans and airport layout plans for clients.
• Understand clients and their business to tailor solutions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with National Aviation Services Operations and aviation staff to meet practice goals.
• Develop and support a pipeline of business opportunities in Aviation Planning and AAM applications.
• Lead partnerships with other aviation consultants to win and execute projects.
• Maintain industry expertise in emerging technologies and regulations and engage with leaders.
• Provide quality reviews of project documentation from work plans to final deliverables.
