Qualifications

• Two years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state payroll environment.
• Familiarity with Workday payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly or semimonthly payroll for all employees.
• Collect and verify timekeeping information from employees.
• Enter data into payroll systems accurately and on time.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with garnishments, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and year-end forms.
