Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge of aircraft, automotive, diesel, or industrial equipment.
• Able to identify, research, and understand mechanical components and part numbers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying the correct aircraft parts and components.
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders.
• Build relationships with customers through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Answer questions regarding part availability, pricing, and lead times.
• Follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries.
