Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Customer Resolution Specialist in Herndon, VA to manage spare parts orders for Airbus and competitor aircraft in the Americas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the aviation industry or military support environment is highly desirable.
• PC literacy, including intermediate word processing, spreadsheet, and database skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and/or Google Suite programs).
• Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, initial order receipts, order entry, sourcing escalation, backorders, general logistics for aircraft parts and services.
• Provide information on part availability, cost, sourcing, returns, discrepancies, transportation, delivery, and follow up to meet customer expectations.
• Engage in basic level relationship-building with customers to grow business.
• Assist in debt account reconciliation efforts and respond to technical inquiries with Engineering/Technical teams.
