Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. in Herndon, Virginia is seeking a Customer Order Specialist to join our team. You will respond to customer inquiries and process spare parts orders for Airbus and competitor aircraft across the Americas.

The COS role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with engineering and sales. This position emphasizes accuracy, proactive communication, and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Sales Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in aviation or military support is preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: handle customer orders, quotations, order receipts and entry.
• Relationship Building: engage with customers to promote Satair services.
• Technical Support: assist with inquiries by coordinating with technical teams.
• Other Duties as Assigned: perform additional tasks as needed.
