Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech in Orlando, part of Oshkosh Corporation, seeks an Inventory / Parts Specialist to ensure materials are available for repairs and preventive maintenance. You will purchase from vendors, evaluate quotes, and maintain inventory records in CMMS.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 2+ years in purchasing/inventory, data entry and familiarity with airport operations. Valid driver license and ability to work day or night shifts, weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 2 years in purchasing/inventory control preferred.
• Experience with data entry, scheduling workloads and work orders.
• Airport operations experience and CMMS/ERP familiarity are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials and parts are available for repairs and maintenance.
• Purchase and negotiate materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors.
• Evaluate vendor quotes and monitor contract performance for changes.
• Input parts into the CMMS and manage inventory records.
• Drive/operate equipment and comply with safety trainings.
